For clubbing, Arena Xperience is the biggest and most well-established gay club in town. Believe Club is another popular hotspot nearby, with a younger, campier crowd. Except for Believe which is in the Eixample gayborhood, all the other clubs and events are in the Sants-Montjuïc area, just to the south.
There are three party events in Barcelona, TANGA! Party and Churros con Chocolate are held at Safari Disco Club and Sala Apolo.
Cover charges are standard at the clubs in Barcelona and range from €10–€20, which usually includes a drink. Some of the gay bars, like Punto BCN, sometimes have free entry passes to the clubs if you ask the bar staff early enough.
The club scene peaks well into the early hours of the morning, queues begin around 1.30 am.

TANGA! Party is a monthly event in Madrid, in Barcelona it’s held during special events like Pride or long weekends, and the New Year. It’s held at the Safari Disco Club. The party is split into two rooms: pop, hits, and urban music in one, with house and electronic in the other. There are also drag shows, costumed dancers, pole dancing, and audience participation games.

Safari Disco Club is a vibrant gay nightclub in the Sants-Montjuc area of Barcelona, just south of the Eixample gayborhood. It’s renowned for its high-energy parties, with diverse music styles. With a capacity of over 900 people and multiple rooms, it hosts themed events, live performances, and DJ sets. Its mix of pop hits, Latin beats, and electronic music, combined with dazzling light displays and spacious dance floors, creates an unforgettable experience. The venue is also home to TANGA! Party and YASS Barcelona gay events.
Safari Disco Club is open Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from midnight until 6 am. Entry is €10, which includes one drink.

Disco City Hall is a historic basement club in La Rambla. Unlike other clubs, City Hall hosts genre-specific events like Techno Mondays and Latin Thursdays; however, it has The Black Room on Sundays, which is a gay-focused party with darkroom areas and cruise-friendly vibes. The music on offer is house, techno, and pop remixes. There’s also a monthly gay event called Dirty Disco featuring house, pop anthems, and summer-themed sets.
Disco City Hall is open every night from midnight until 5 am. The crowd is mixed on the other nights.

Arena Xperience in the Eixample gayborhood is Barcelona’s largest gay club, You’ll find a spacious dance floor, a state-of-the-art sound system, and high-energy atmosphere every night. Its mix of drag shows, striptease performances, darkroom with lockers, and VIP areas (with bottle service) makes this the ultimate gay clubbing destination. Each night has a different drag theme, for example, Vegas Night on Mondays and Tribute Night every Thursday.
Arena Xperience is open every night from midnight until 5 am, or 6 am on weekends. Entry is €20, including a drink, unless you’ve picked up a free-entry voucher from one of the gay bars.

Believe offers nightly drag queen performances, live concerts, and pole dancing acts alongside its disco. Its focus on queer artistry and visibility sets it apart from other venues in the city. The drag shows feature lip-sync battles, comedy sketches, and themed performances. There’s also live music and karaoke.
Believe Club is open nightly from 11 pm until 5 am weekdays and 6 am weekends.

Churros con Chocolate is Barcelona’s most iconic Sunday party, merging gay culture and campy humor with nonstop dancing. This monthly event is a highlight of the city’s nightlife. It’s held at Sala Apolo in La Rambla, just south of the Eixample gayborhood. It’s a 14-hour event with three dancefloors and is best described as a blend of drag shows, eclectic music, and inclusive chaos.
Churros con Chocolate is usually held the last Sunday of the month, doors open at 4 pm and close at 6 am, final entry is around 4 am. Entry is free prior to 9 pm or €10 after that including one drink.
