Thailand’s most famous gay club
This is the place to take off your shirt and get your dance one. High-energy music will keep you on the dancefloor all night. See and be seen here. Locals and tourists from across the globe know that this is the place to party in Silom.
Even though the street opens at 10 pm, nothing much happens in DJ Station Bangkok until midnight. After that, it quickly becomes crowded, and the night goes wild until it closes at 3 am.
Music: International dance music is king here. There may be the occasional local party tune, but the energy of the music is up there with that of the best clubs in the world.
Crowd: There are so many handsome, shirtless guys here you’ll get whiplash the moment you enter. Chinese gay muscle-boys are often seen here, partying with locals and other nationalities.
Drinks: Silom Soi 2 prices are slightly higher than the ones in Silom Soi 4. Expect to pay around 120 Thai Baht ($3.30) for a local beer.
Dress: Show off your body! That’s how many people dress to go to DJ Station. There are no hard or fast rules except that closed shoes must be worn (no flip-flops).
DJ Station Bangkok is located at the end of Silom Soi 2, which is an entire street of gay bars and clubs there is a small entrance near Burger King where you have to pass through security and metal detectors. The biggest clue to finding Silom Soi 2 is hearing the loud dance music.
Taxi: Many taxi drivers know of DJ Station Bangkok, some may need some reminding Silom Soi 2 (pronounced See Lom Soy Two).
BTS Sky Train: Closest Sky Train is Sala Daeng (BTS Code S2) on the Silom Line.
MRT Underground: The closest underground station is Si Lom.
